• Free 15 Minute phone consult - FREE

Let’s discover what’s on your heart and mind and how we can bring some ease into your life. After your phone consult, you will be granted access to a customized client portal where you can schedule and get reminders about upcoming appointments.

• 50 Minute Individual Counselling Session - $180

Sit down for a one-on-one session where we can focus on your goals and deepening your understanding of self. Customized and specific to your needs, this time is for you.

• Insurance Coverage

Many extended health plans cover the cost of counselling. Check with your benefits plan. You can submit receipts and be reimbursed.

• Sliding Scale Available

I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions for those with financial barriers. Please discuss this with me before your first session.

• Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations will be charged the rate of a normal session, out of consideration for my time and other clients who have may have benefited from that appointment slot.

• Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of your session. You can pay by e-transfer or credit card.
